Ashlee Simpson’s Clothing Line is “Close To Happening”

After following her sister’s footsteps in music and acting career, 25 year old, Ashlee Simpson is once again following in her big sister’s footsteps and this time by creating her own clothing line.

The aspiring fashion designer told to the media at the BCBG fashion show on Friday, “My best friend and I, that I grew up with, are in talks for a clothing line. It’s relatively close to happening.” When asked if it would be clothing or accessories, she simply answered, “more pieces.”

But don’t expect her big sis Jessica Simpson to help her out.
