She looks stunning in her new advertisement for Covergirl — but sadly it was banned in the United Kingdom, for excessive photoshopped!

Covergirl’s claim that the Mascara being advertised gives lashes 2 times more volume and is 20 percent lighter than other mascaras, which is evident by Taylor’s voluminous lashes in the photo. But Swift’s look is from photoshopping and not solely achieved from using mascara. It gives an implied message that those who use the mascara would get lashes like those depicted in the advertisement and this is considered misleading. That’s why Procter & Gamble recently pulled this CoverGirl print ad.

So after months of rumors, it’s confirmed! MTV is officially reviving the hidden-camera prank called “Punk’d”. It is said that Jason Goldberg and Ashton Kutcher are back on board as executive producers. But the show’s host is still unnamed since Kutcher himself won’t likely be on camera as he is now costarring on CBS’ Two and a Half Men.

MTV plans to announce the show’s host during its New Years Eve party live telecast next week. So let’s just wait for it and the new generation of celebrities who’ll gonna get Punk’d.

The fashion designer Sarah Burton who created the Duchess of Cambridge’s wedding dress, Pippa Middleton’s bridesmaid gown and the creative director for the iconic Alexander McQueen fashion brand has been named Designer of the Year at the 2011 British Fashion Awards in London, last night.

Other winners at the said ceremony is Victoria Beckham who won Designer Brand of the Year, beating out high-fashion competitor Burberry and fashion extraordinaire and film director Tom Ford. This was Beckham’s first British Fashion Award after three years at her label. Alexa Chung for the public-voted British Style Award and Stella McCartney for the Red Carpet Award.
