I think it’s time for me to cut down the carbs and eat right. I notice I keep getting heavier and heavier each day and this is no good, really no good. Good thing, I’ve learned from a friend of mine that best fat-burners are resistance training and cardiovascular training exercises, which include running and swimming. Definitely swimming is out for me, since I really don’t know how to swim. Aside from that engaging into this kind of sports is not free, I need to spend some money for me learn it. So my last resort is running, which I can do anytime I want and no need to spend some of my hard earned money on it.
